Primer disco solista del bajista de Pearl Jam, Jeff Ament. Erse disco lo realizo en compañia de Dug Pinick (King X) y de Richard Stubberud (un conocido baterista en la escena de Seattle).
Tiene 10 temas mas bien folk y mucha guitarra acustica, parecido a lo que Eddie Vedder hizo en solita con "Into the Wild"
